All CFC administrative services are operated by volunteers, so 100 percent of your donation will go to
provide assistance to Nebraska families in need.

• Gold $10,000 and up ($27.39 per day)
• Silver $5,000-$10,000 ($13.79 per day)
• Bronze $1-$5,000 ($1,000 is only $2.74 per day)

Creating Family Choices is a non-profit organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to our organization are 100% tax deductible, to the fullest extent of the law.
